Creating a SportsEngine Account
Parents/guardians of athletes must create an account with their own information (including name, email address, Date of Birth, etc.) Athletes are added to the account as a sub-profile later during the registration/rostering process.
How Do I RSVP to a Game or Event?
After you have been invited to a game or event it is important to the overall success of the team and XYBA program to RSVP and update your RSVP when appropriate.
How to Add Guardians
Family members can be added as Guardians to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile.
Multiple SportsEngine Accounts

WIAA 2025 Girls Basketball Tournament - Division 3
Exciting News for Our Basketball Fans!
The Xavier Varsity Girls Basketball Team has earned the 2nd seed for this year's WIAA Girls State Basketball Tournament!
As the #2 seed, the team receives a bye for the first round of playoffs and will play their first game on Friday, February 28th at 7:00 PM right here at HOME in our very own Torchy Gym.
Their opponent will be either the 7th Seed - Berlin or the 10th Seed - Little Chute. Don’t miss out on the action—come support the team as they look to make a deep run in the tournament!
